The apartment is a portion of the complex that we completely renovated, beginning by installing air conditioning in all the rooms and drywall in the sitting room. Following that, we plastered and painted all the walls and ceilings across the three bedrooms. Along the corridor walls a coloured line was created using the classic perfilo technique. Finally, we touched up the fireplace, plastering and painting its hood. In the bedrooms, the parquet/wood floors were restored and the skirting boards replaced.
